Born 1962. He finished his highest education as a graduated agronomist at the Agricultural University of Gödöllö. After a few years at the Research Institute for Animal Breeding and Nutrition in Herceghalom his workplace has been the Szent István University. Here, he teaches genetics and animal husbandry for the veterinary students in Budapest. He carries out investigations with more endangered domestic animal species (horse, cattle, sheep, pig and poultry) next to the evaluation of the intensive production.

In 2009 he did replace as a member of the SAVE-Board of Directors Prof. Imre Bodó. From 2007 he became a member of the Committee for the Hungarian autochthonous sheep breeds. In 2004 he was invited to the Committee for the History of Hungarian Animal Production. He introduced the "in libro conservatio in causa emoriendi" concept of conservation, namely the conscious preservation of the characteristics entered of an already extinct domestic animal species. In 2000 he joined the fun club of the Association of Hungarian Grey Cattle breeders. From 1994 he became a member of DAGENE (Danubian Alliance for Gene-Conservation) and since that time he takes part regularly in presentations in its annual meetings.

A great part of his experiences has been gained by the keeping of his own small Tsigai sheep flock. The Tsigai breed description in the book "Living heritage" (2000, ed. Bodó) was written by him.
