Study of biology / vegetation at the University of Innsbruck, research stays to the Swiss Research Institute for agricultural plant farming in Zurich Reckenholz - AGFF and at the Geobotanic Institut at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. The elaboration and evaluation of landscape-ecological projects, as well as the consultation of owners and planers, authorities and nature lovers belong since then to the everyday life business. Particularly co-operation with the bio- and partly also conventional mountain farmers are very instructive and let hope to keep the today still various human habitat . He finds also private with his wife Inge on its small Schmied-farm joy with plants and animals of old breeds and varieties - in the mountain region of South-Tyrol.
